Flying through the air space over a location is not a recognized visit; however, stepping foot off of an aircraft and into the airport terminal is recognized. No purchase, food consumption, or recreational activity beyond physically touching the ground is necessary to legitimize a visit. No minimum duration of time within the geographical boundaries is required.
